While we wait for Bethesda to release its official Fallout 4 mod tool, developers continue to release impressive PC mods. Today we want to highlight a few that we hope make it to the Xbox One and PS4 in the months ahead.
Fallout 4 is going to get a whole lot bigger in 2016 thanks to DLC and official mods. The company has teased both for early 2016 though we still don’t have an official Fallout 4 DLC release date or an official release date for the company’s mod tool.
Bethesda has told gamers that it plans to release an official Fallout 4 mod tool for PC in early 2016. It hasn’t provided an official release date though we know some crude details about the Fallout 4 mod release order.
Official Fallout 4 mods will come to PC first, followed by Xbox One, followed by PS4. We’re not sure how big the gap between releases will be but we’re confident that all three will get Fallout 4 mods sometime this year.
The delay hasn’t stopped developers from getting to work. While there aren’t any Fallout 4 mods for Xbox One or PS4, there are tons of unofficial mods for PC that change the game in a variety of ways. And they’ve set the bar incredibly high for Xbox One and PS4 Fallout 4 mods.
Today we want to highlight 10 Fallout 4 PC mods that we want for the Xbox One and PS4. Think of it as a wish list. There are a ton of mods out there but these are 10 essentials. (I’m still not sure how or if graphical changes will work on console so I’ve left those off this list for now.)
