Well, here are some mock-ups from MacRumors.com that compare the size of the iPad mini with the original iPad (of the 9.7” size).
There are plenty of reasons people suggest Apple won’t actually release an iPad mini – starting from the usability factor. Although there have been so many competing smartphones whose screen sizes have increased to up to 5-inches or more, Apple has maintained consistency of the screen size for iPhones right from the start. So, based on this argument, it is said that the iPad mini would definitely not be a reality anytime.
Still, as long as there is enough proof that the Kindle Fire is doing good in the market, iPad mini could be on the charts for Apple. And for the moment though, Kindle Fire is doing good.
The iPad mini picture mocked-up by Macrumors.com looks pretty good – and usable too. Needless to say, that iPad mini image is doing its rounds all across right now!
