The Galaxy Note 7 is expected during Samsung’s August 2 event in New York City and, just weeks ahead, images of the smartphone are popping up left and right. The latest batch is a set of hands-on images with an alleged Galaxy Note 7 (we’ve been tricked before, so we’re being cautious here).
Most of the device looks like what we’ve seen in other shots. We see the beautiful black onyx coloring, the alleged iris sensor on the top of the phone and several images of the smartphone’s operating system, including a boot splash with the “Galaxy Note 7 logo.” We also get a look at the S Pen that sits right in the bottom-right side of the smartphone.
According to Techtastic, which published these images after spotting them on Weibo, the Galaxy Note 7 will sport a 5.7-inch Quad HD display, 4GB of RAM and a large 3,600mAh battery capable of juicing right up to a half charge in just 20 minutes.
These photos could be fake, so keep that in mind as you browse through the gallery above.
