We’ve already heard plenty about the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the leaks just keep pouring in over the holidays. This new leak comes from a Chinese site, possibly from an assembly line source.
The device in question seemingly has an aluminum chassis, although the front seems to have a layer of polycarbonate painted in yellow. From the two images that we’ve managed to uncover, it’s quite clear that Samsung is using a design similar to the Galaxy Alpha series.
But then again there’s no clarity on whether this is indeed the Galaxy S6, so we’ll reserve judgment for until we have more confirmation. The tipster claims that this smartphone is possibly packing a 5.2 or a 5.5 inch display. In the processing department, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 810 SoC is expected to be running the show. Expect Samsung to use an upgraded version of the 16-megapixel sensor used in the Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy Note 4 earlier this year.
The Galaxy S6 is expected to launch in March next year, possibly during the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona, Spain.
