Over the past few months we have been steadily learning more about the upcoming iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, but if there was one thing we still couldn’t be sure of yet it would be the price of the handsets. Now we had previously assumed that Apple will be sticking to its pricing scheme and now thanks to a new leak, it has been “confirmed”.
This leak is courtesy of Techtastic (via PhoneArena) who has basically quoted the prices of the upcoming phones in Euro. According to their information, the iPhone 6s will be priced at €699 for the 16GB model, €799 for the 64GB model, and €899 for the 128GB model. This will be the same regardless of color.
As for the larger iPhone 6s Plus, it will be priced slightly higher at €799 for the 16GB model, €899 for the 64GB model, and €999 for the 128GB model. Interestingly enough their sources did not mention anything about a rose gold iPhone 6s/6s Plus option which is what we’ve been hearing recently, but assuming the rose gold model is real, its price should be the same as it is only a color finish, not actual gold.
As you can tell, these are priced in Euro, but in the US they should remain the same as before so if you were worried about a potential price hike, you can rest assured knowing that it won’t, or at least as far as you can trust rumors. Either way we will find out more come 9th of September so check back with us then for more updates.
