As September nears, the hype train for the upcoming Galaxy Note 4 is all set in motion. With several leaks and reports suggesting that the Korean giant will be bringing a giant once again. We’ve been receiving several reports over the past couple of weeks, some suggested that the Note 4 will have a slightly smaller screen than the Note 3. Reports also suggested that the new Note will come with a UV sensor built in, in addition to the finger print sensor. However, since things aren’t official at the moment, we are taking every report with a grain of salt and not jumping to conclusions.
So what does the latest report brings us? The latest rumour tells us that Samsung will be going for a smaller screen this time with bigger resolution. The screen size in question here is 5.5 inches with QHD resolution. Know that the Note 3 featured a 5.7 inches screen and had a full HD resolution. This is definitely an upgrade. Smaller screen with such an amazing resolution will end up giving a sharp screen. In addition to that, the pixel density on the Note 4 will be a massive 534ppi. As for the screen technology, it is pretty obvious that it will be Super AMOLED.

As for other specifications, the Galaxy Note 4 will be coming with the quad core, Snapdragon 805 under the hood (clock speed is not known) the Note 4 will have 3 gigs of RAM, and will run on Android 4.4.3 Kitkat out of the box supposedly with the latest version of TouchWiz. We can’t say for sure at the moment, but we haven’t heard about an octa core version. However, it might be in works as well, considering Samsung’s tradition of releasing phones with slightly different hardware.
As for other details, the report suggests that the Note 4 will be having a 16 mega pixel ISOCELL instead of Sony’s EXMOR. The camera will be able to record videos at 4k resolution @ 30 frames per second and at full HD resolution @ 30/60 frames per second. No other details were revealed. More details tell us that the phone will be coming with a retina scanner and a UV sensor. Somewhat sounds too good to be true. Whatever happens, we are hoping that Samsung decided to unveil the Note 4 on September 4, later this year. Stay tuned for more news.
