The carrier has a dedicated software updates page on its site which lets customers track the update status of their device. And next to the Galaxy Note 4, we can now notice the “T-Mobile testing” tag, meaning that an update should be on the horizon.
The carrier might take its sweet time to send out the update though, so don’t get your hopes up just yet. The Galaxy Note 4 was the latest flagship from Samsung before the Galaxy S6 was launched, so it’s a little unfortunate that a flagship device of its stature has to wait this long to receive the update.
However, Samsung cannot be blamed here as the manufacturer has already sent out the update to international variants of the handset.
