FreeLooks like pasta is on the menu tonight. 1 Meter is a new iOS game from the maker of Pancake and Burger, and now it’s time for a new food based game. In 1 Meter, your goal is to serve the longest strand of pasta you can as you strive for that one meter. To do so, you need to windup and curl the pasta all around the plate, and it can’t touch itself.
1 Meter takes the principles of the classic game of Snake, and refines it into an even simpler style. All you do is tap and hold for the noodle to rotate right, and then release for it to rotate left. You will be in the habit of tapping quickly for the noodle to snake along the outside of the plate, and work its way inwards. To make the noodle as long as possible, you will need to take advantage of all of the space on the plate, so you need to leave paths open. 1 Meter is similar to Pancake and Burger in creating a quick action experience that is easy to understand, very difficult, prone to quick play sessions, and has inherent replayability. There are three different plates to grow noodles on in 1 Meter, but there aren’t the tons of unlockables like in Burger. The addition of the sayings by the chef, and the lips that eat the noodle, add a nice level of personality in 1 Meter.
1 Meter (Free, Universal) nails the quick action formula for iOS making it one to eat up.
