Super Stickman Golf 2 was one of the best games of 2013 with an outstanding arcade golf style, ornate course layouts, and great multiplayer. The developers, Noodlecake Studios, have gone back to the game with a mini arcade game, which is a Flappy Bird inspired spin-off. Flappy Golf is a neat twist on Super Stickman Golf 2, and Flappy Bird, while still being a surprisingly unique game. You’re not simply flying through pipes, and instead you’re given all of the courses from Super Stickman Golf 2, but with an all new way to play. You get to fly the golf ball to the hole, and you have a limited number of flaps to get a gold star.
You simply tap the left, or right side of the screen to flap in that direction, and it becomes a relatively unique game on the App Store. It’s a whole new way to play golf as you fly to the hole, and the outstanding hole layouts of Super Stickman Golf 2 feel brand new. The game could have just been a golf ball flying through flag hole pins, and yet it’s so much better. Not only that, but there is a ton to do with 31 courses containing nine levels each. The best part is that the game is completely free to play for an extremely entertaining challenge that doesn’t have a direct comparison in the App Store.
Flappy Golf (Free, Universal) is an all new form of arcade golf that is a must have.
