What did we learn? Apple clearly wants to become the technology leader in wireless audio. It’s also (finally) embracing waterproofing on mobile devices.
What happened to Mac?
There were some glaring omissions from Apple’s iPhone 7 event, including any talk about Mac or the Apple TV.
As most know, the company hasn’t released a product update for Mac in a very long time. Will we see new Macs around Sept. 20 alongside the public release of macOS Sierra? Perhaps. Still, not having a Mac-centered special event suggests these updates won’t be all that significant.
Though Apple TV did get a great update in tvOS 10, I’m left wanting more.
Where’s the new TV guide app? Why didn’t we hear more about the device’s new single sign-on feature? When will we get 4K compatibility?
