Apple has renewed the iPad Pro with a new 10.5in model
Apple just announced the new 10.5in iPad Pro at its WWDC 2017 keynote.
The new tablet fits in with many of the leaks and rumours we've been seeing for months. It features an Apple A10X six-core CPU and a 12-core GPU for quite a performance boost. The firm says it supports vido at a 120Hz refresh rate, which also improves the performance of the Apple Pencil; a reduction in latency of 20 milliseconds means an end-user experience that is more responsive.
Apple has also improved the True Tone display for a 50% boost in brightness, and the refresh rate adjusts dynamically to conserve battery life.
As per older iPad Pro models, the new iPad Pro functions both with a physical Smart Keyboard accessory or simply with on-screen keys.
