The Apple iPhone 5 release date is probably more hotly debated than iPhone 4S battery issues or Siri. In fact, quite a lot of websites have already started taking things to the next level and have brought out a list of iPhone 5 features that they are sure would be available on the spec sheet! Sometimes, it looks absurd enough or taking things far, but sometimes, we must admit, certain features look very feasible.

Well, all those things apart, here’s something you should know about iPhone 5 features. Here are some of the updates you should know about iPhone 5:
1. The iPhone 5 Processor could be Quad-Core (and different from that of iPad 3)
Stemming from an earlier report on a German website, the iPhone 5 surely seems to pack a punch. Should that report turn true, you will have an iPhone 5 processor that’s the best in the smartphone industry so far! Oh, include tablets too, in that list. A Quad-Core processor is unheard of in the smartphone / tablet zone – and if guys at Apple are really looking at quad-core processors for iPhone 5, they’re just taking the whole thing to the next level.
There does seem to be a chance for that, considering the fact that iPhone 5 is considered as Steve’s last big project. However, a quad-core processor would mean more power – and with the battery issues already looming in iPhone 4S, it sure would take them a long time to figure out how a quad-core would be useful without affecting the battery performance.
2. The iPhone 5 Display could be as large as those on Android smartphones
One constant complaint from iPhone users (which they have gotten used to, though) is the small screen as compared to many other smartphones – especially those from HTC and Samsung. While it has been said that Jobs was not okay with the 4-inch iPhone 5 display, it looks like a consensus might have been reached. A large display but not a larger body on the smartphone would seem like an idea solution to keep the phone palm-friendly, as Jobs would have wanted.
3. The iPhone 5 could also come in LTE
There have been multiple reports regarding this issue. An LTE iPhone is a great boon for customers – and may be Apple is working on the LTE – to be brought out as iPhone 5.
