Apple is expected to announce an upgraded iPhone 5 later this year, probably going under the name of iPhone 5S. As the launch comes closer, we also tend to get leaks of cases and internals/externals. Today, images of the motherboard of the Apple iPhone 5S leaked. The motherboard doesn’t reveal much. It just shows that the device has seen slight modifications, further confirming minor upgrades likely in the form of a faster Apple A6 processor, improved graphics, 2GB of RAM, a larger camera sensor with dual-LED flash. Some rumors have also placed fingerprint scanning, NFC connectivity and an updated LTE radio inside the iPhone 5S. It remains to be seen what of this will really make its way into the final product.
