Apple has just announced that its set to hold the grand opening of its latest retail store in China, its biggest market, later this month.
The soon-to-open outlet, called West Lake store, is located on Pinghai Road in the Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, the capital city of Zheijang province in eastern China. As noted by 9to5Mac, the store is named after a popular lake in the city.
The store is scheduled to officially open at 9 a.m. local time on Saturday, Jan. 24. As with its previous store inaugurations, Apple is expected to give away commemorative T-shirts to the first 1,000 customers to visit the new retail location.
Apple Store West Lake
The West Lake store is already the 14th Apple retail store in China, joining four other stores in Shanghai, four more in Beijing, and one store each in Chengdu, Wuxi, Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, and Chongqing.
