Apple has just released the third beta version of iOS 8.3 to registered developers.It can be downloaded over-the-air or through Apple’s Developer Center.

The last beta version arrived in late February. Most notably, Apple improvedSiri’s language skills. The virtual assistant can now speak Russian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish,Thai, Turkish, and English for India. Also included were a number of new racially diverse emoji.
The first beta edition of iOS 8.3 included support for wireless CarPlay, a new emoji picker, and support for Googles two-factor authentication system. It also unlocked support for Apple Pay in China.
A recent report said Apple is also planning to soon release a test version of iOS 8.3 for a new public beta program.
After a long development time, Apple released iOS 8.2 to the public shortly after the special Apple Watch media event on Monday. That software brought full support for the upcoming wearable device.
