Today’s iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch apps for free daily include a goals manager, logo creator, vertical platformer, and currency education app. A number of apps drop from paid to free on a daily basis, and we pick the top four everyday, as many of the others aren’t worth your time even for free. Everyday we try to pick apps that are worth spending money on, but are now free to download, and here they are.
*Price drops are temporary, and usually last for just 24 hours, so be quick to download.
Daily Goals ($0.99 -> Free, iPhone): An app about simply setting up goals for the day, and then tracking them over the long haul. The app color codes each item you add to a given day, and you can add up to eight items per day. The calendar view shows all of the colored items on each day, and how many you completed.
Logo Maker ($3.99 -> Free, Universal): The app is filled with royalty free images all designed by professional graphic artists, and not just reliant on clip art. There are over 30 customizable templates with a drag and drop interface with multiple text options, and the ability to import your own photos.
NinjaBoy ($0.99 -> Free, Universal): A vertical platformer where you tilt to move ninja boy, and then tap for him to jump to precariously placed platforms. There are 80 different levels as you need to maneuver past guards unseen, avoid traps, collect stars, solve puzzles, and unlock and use special abilities.
MakeChange ($0.99 -> Free, iPad): An educational app that helps kids learn about counting change. The app provides all the types of coins, and you simply have to slide them across the screen to reach the desired balance. There’s also support for US, Canadian, and Euro currencies with puzzles ranging from adding up to 10 cents to five dollars.
