Go Home Dinosaurs ($4.99 -> Free, iPad): A 3D fixed path tower defense game where your goal is to protect your BBQ from invading dinosaurs. There are multiple dinosaur types to battle across 60 levels, and each tower you place is based on a puzzle piece to fit into the environment. There’s familiar tower defense, with all new strategy.
Tapose ($2.99 -> Free, iPad) [Review]: The ill-fated Microsoft Courier tablet was definitely an interesting idea, but it was scraped in favor of Windows 8 for all devices. The courier focused on note taking by providing two different panels with one acting as the writing pad, and other an interactive environment with typical tablet functions. Taposé has brought the Courier back to life by bringing the idea to the iPad as a brand new app. The app is a multitasking journal app that allows you to take notes on one side, and view browser, maps, contacts, or calculator on the other. You can view two journal pages at once, and it works by splitting the screen in two while in landscape mode.
Paper Titans ($0.99 -> Free, Universal) [Review]: you’re presented with a beautifully detailed 3D paper craft world with such ornate intricacies in each environment. There are 45 levels where you will need to help the main character by using other characters to propel them upwards, explode blockades, and control the flow of the entire level.
PhotoFusion ($1.99 -> Free, iPhone): An advanced photo editing utility that brings deluxe features to your iPhone including support for layers, Bezier selection tool, and multiple blend modes. The app can let you grab an object, erase the background, and then superimpose that object into another photo. There are 17 blend modes, different selection tools, merge options, 20 filters, 15 adjustment tools, and simply a lot of features to dive into.
