Today’s iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch apps for free daily include an endless runner, sleep aid, ambient sound app, and heart rate monitor. A number of apps drop from paid to free on a daily basis*, and we pick the top four everyday, as many of the others aren’t worth your time even for free. Everyday we try to pick apps that are worth spending money on, but are now free to download, and here they are.

Gravity Guy 2 ($0.99 -> Free, Universal) [Review]: An endless runner sequel that changes up a majority of the game from the original. It’s still an endless runner style game, but now instead of one button to flip gravity, there are now two buttons to elevate the tower platforms, and provide a boost to Gravity Guy. You propel your character to the next platform by raising the tower, and then letting it drop.
Sleeping Zone ($0.99 -> Free , Universal): An app to help you sleep beginning with a blue light that emits on to the ceiling above your bed to help you synchronize your breathing to. The app also includes seven different sleeping sounds, that can loop for up to eight hours.
Coffitivity ($1.99 -> Free, Universal): An ambient sound app that provides the sounds of a coffee shop to your iOS device. You can also mix in your iTunes library, and adjust the level of each different audio source. There are also multiple coffee shop styles to choose from.
HeartRate+ ($3.99 -> Free, iPhone): A heart rate monitor that can track your pule by overlaying your finger on the camera. The app also offers breathing exercises to help you build coherence between your heart rate, and breathing. There‘s a deluxe screen with oscillation charts for both heart rate, and breathing.
