SlamBots ($1.99 -> Free, Universal) [Review]: It’s an action packed high score assault that is all about slamming everything on screen. Each time you play, it’s the same set-up with four platforms on the side of the screen, and your main character that bounces automatically. Flying enemies continually pop-up, and your goal is to gain the high ground, so you can come crashing down on their heads. The game is titled SlamBots for a reason as you can hold the screen to slam on an enemy’s head which increases your combo multiplier.
Tangent ($1.99 -> Free, iPhone) [Review]: The app offers a brand new set of photo effects for unique new twists on your photos. Tangent is all about geometric shapes, patterns, and frames to blend with your photos. The results provide all new looks to your photos that accentuate the main subject while adding a flair to the surroundings. There’s also the ability to layer these effects to start blending in ideas of artwork.
Horizon Calendar ($4.99 -> Free, iPhone): A deluxe calendar app that offers one seamless list view for all of your different calendars. The app offers a clean design that includes weather, color coded events, night view, and a focus on today’s events. There’s also natural language event creation, as well as intelligent lookup searches.
Kid Tripp ($0.99 -> Free, Universal): An old school platformer with retro inspired graphics with the classic set-up of jumps, coins, and enemies. There are 20 levels of fast paced platforming action with a super challenging design.
