Asus has recently announced the launch of its new smartphone, the ZenFone Live (ZB501KL) for a price of Rs 9,999. The smartphone is said to be mainly targeted at live streaming options, and in order to enhance the experience, the company has included a so-called ‘real-time beautification’ technology.
The Taiwan based company has claimed that the ZenFone Live is the world’s first smartphone with such hardware-optimised technology that works pretty much hassle-free with the built-in BeautyLive app.
Adding further, it is worth noting that the BeautyLive app is exclusive to the ZenFone Live phone and thus, users cannot actually copy or transfer it to other smartphones. This app is being touted to come with the capability to smoothen facial blemishes in real time and stream your live selfie video.
Speaking on the in-depth technical specifications of ZenFone Live, it is being said that it comes with 5 inch HD display with quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor under the hood. The phone also comes with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128 GB via micro SD card.
The smartphone also supports 4G LTE and USB OTG, while it sports a 13 MP rear camera and 5 MP front facing camera, and packs a 2,650 mAh battery.
