When everyone is waiting for Galaxy S6, AT&T just announced that it will start selling last year’s Galaxy S5 Mini on 20th March. Many other US carriers released Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini on their network in July last year. So why AT&T is releasing an older phone when you may be expecting a Galaxy S6 Mini or similar. Anyway, if you are a fan of small screen phones which you can use one-handed, this is a welcome news for you.
Galaxy S5 Mini is a decent phone with a good specification. The phone comes with a 4.5-inch 720p touchscreen, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, a 2.1 MP front unit for selfies, and a 2,100 mAh battery. It’s powered by an Exynos 3 Quad 3470 chipset, with a 1.4 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU, aided by 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable internal storage space. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
You can get the AT&T Galaxy S5 Mini for $99.99 with 2-year contract. For users who do not believe in contracts, you can grab the phone for $428.99. Keep in mind that AT&T is just offering the black variant of Galaxy S5 Mini.
