An official Android 4.0 release candidate ROM for AT&T's Samsung Galaxy Note has leaked online and is now available for download
An official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich release candidate ROM for AT&T's Galaxy Note has leaked. The build has been around apparently since last week and contains final release keys, indicating some sort of release is possibly on the horizon.
The tweaked 4.0.3 ROM has all the look and feel of Gingerbread, with Samsung’s TouchWiz UI. At first glance, you might not even notice anything is different, but there are some ICS elements, such as the settings menu and battery icon.
Additionally, the leaked update appears to add the new on/off toggles to the mix, as well as new ICS-only apps. If you were hoping to see the Premium Suite of stylus apps with this ROM, however, you’re simply out of luck as they have not been included. Sammy is most likely finalizing them still.
To install the update, head on over to RootzWiki for full instructions. The site has compiled an amazing list of what’s working and what isn't, so it's definitely worth a glance if you're thinking about installing the leak.
