Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, after being unceremoniously pulled, has returned to the iOS App Store. Additionally, Baldur's Gate is once again available for Mac and PC. The game was originally pulled over contractual issues with Atari, developer Overhaul Games' publishing partner. Overhaul's creative director Tim Oster announced the return of the game in an email to fans earlier today, according to Eurogamer:
"We'll announce the details of an upcoming major Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition patch and the Android tablet version in the near future."
Oster also said that Baldur's Gate 2: Enhanced Edition should be arriving fairly soon once the team can really get back to work. If you missed out on it the first time, you can grab Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition for the iPad from the App Store right now for $9.99. Also be sure to read the iMore review of the game.
