ZeroLemon, the popular case making company, has outed its latest products and it’s a spectacular one. The case is for the Galaxy S7 Edge and also houses a built-in battery with a whopping 8600 mAh capacity. When fully charged, the total capacity of the phone will be at 12,100mAh. For moderate users like me, it could well be 5 days before the phone will need a recharge.
Of Course, your beautiful Galaxy S7 Edge will add significant bulk when the case is attached and kind of looks ugly but if you are a globe trotter and will stay aways from the wall socket for days, then this will be the perfect case for you.
The S7 Edge itself houses a sizeable battery that can power the phone for 36 hours but with the case, you also have the ability to charge other smartphones with the external port provided as well.
There is an LED indicator on the case to show the charging levels of the case itself. When the phone is plugged in, the power bypasses the case to charge the phone’s battery first and after it tops, the case will recharge itself. When unplugged the process is reverse. The phone utilized the case’s battery and after depletion uses the internal battery. Apart from that, the case also perfectly protects the devices from the nasty falls but isn’t waterproof. To charge the case and the phone, it will take almost 8 hours given the huge power it can store.
The downside is that, with this case, you won’t be able to use the NFC and wireless charging.
The case is available in black color and will cost you $100. But Amazon is offering it for $60 for a limited period of time. ZeroLemon is also offering 180 days of the warranty period.
