Whether you’re buying gifts for loved ones or just treating yourself to a little bit of audio bliss, the next few days are among the best all year to pick up some new audio gear. You’ll see a lot of items on sale, but plenty of them won’t actually be going for much less than they normally do, or they might just be sub-par products.
We’ve done some digging and uncovered some of the best Black Friday audio deals out there, handily grouped by category.
The Harman Kardon CL Precision have a list price much higher than the SoundTrue, but for now you can pick them up for less. The might look a little weird, but owners love the clear, true sound and the replaceable ear pads.
If you own a Samsung phone or tablet, the company’s entire Level series might be worth a look, but the Level On headphones are the most accurate sounding of the bunch. At $80 off the normal price, Samsung fans should jump on this one.
We’ve already praised the Monoprice 8323 as some of the best budget headphones you can buy, and the normal price of around $25 (the price varies quite a bit) is already a bargain. Sure this only knocks around $5 off, but it’s still a great deal.
If the Bose SoundTrue sound interesting buy you can’t abide wires, the Bose SoundLink might be for you. They offer the same sound quality and comfort but add Bluetooth connectivity. Like the SoundTrue, they’re selling for $30 off the list price.
The Sony MDR XB 950 are praised by owners as having tons of bass, good battery life and a comfortable build. While those who already own them seem happy with the normal price of $199, the opportunity to grab them at half price should gain them quite a few new fans.
While the Jaybird BlueBuds X get most of the attention, they’re not the only earbuds the company makes. The Jaybird Freedom may not have all the bells and whistles, but they’re still a great bargain, even at the normal price of $99. For more than half off at $45, it’s a no brainer.
As the name implies, the Ear Force XO One headset is intended to be used with the Xbox One. If you’re looking to replace the standard headset, now might be the time to head over to Best Buy and get yourself an upgrade.
If you game on the PS4, PS3 or Xbox 360 and you’re looking for a wireless headset, this deal should pique your interest. On sale for $80, there probably won’t be a better time all year to grab this headset.
Monoprice seems to have a product in every category these days, and headsets are no exception. This headset works for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and offers 7.1 sound. $30 off the already-low price is just icing on the cake.
The Sony SRSX3 is more wallet friendly out of the gate and sounds great for it’s size. Knock $40 off the price and it’s even friendlier. If you’re looking for a decent portable speaker on the cheap, this is worth a look.
One look at this monster and you should already be able to tell this isn’t your average Bluetooth speaker. It’s not going to fit into a backpack, but if you’ve been eyeing Marshall’s Bluetooth speaker offerings but don’t want to take the hit to the wallet, this is worth considering.
