The Samsung Galaxy S III will be released in Canada on June 20, and most Canadian carriers are already taking pre-orders for it. Almost all of them are asking $149.95 for the handset (16GB version) on a new 3-yr contract. So Videotron decided to sell the S III for only $99.95 with a 3-yr agreement. The mobile operator asks a lower outright price for the device, too: $599.95.
Of course, you may, or may not find Videotron’s plans appealing. If you do, you can pre-order its Samsung Galaxy S III here. Note that the $99.95 offer is available for a limited time only.
As a reminder, Videotron’s Galaxy S III is the HSPA+ edition, not the LTE one. But it still has 2GB of RAM, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and everything else that’s included in the LTE-capable model.
