Images out of Taiwan this weekend claim to picture a manufactured front display belonging to Cupertino’s “iPhone 6” device.
The pictures, from Apple.club.tw (and via 9to5mac), show off a larger iPhone handset that features a similar color scheme, thinner bezels, and a bigger, glass-coated display. In addition, the handset’s speaker and Touch ID sections are also slightly reworked in order to accommodate the larger screen size.
Is this Apple’s “iPhone 6″ device?
Further round, on the device’s rear, the display appears to include an installed backlight, and a QR code and serial number feature on the part, too. Of course, it’s impossible to say whether the piece is genuine, but from where we stand the above part could be one of the best “iPhone 6” leaks to date.
Besides the above, there’s also a pair of flex cables, and the connectors here are somewhat different compared with the current-generation iPhone 5s. Below, we’ve included the full selection of images.
Further round, a QR code and serial number can be found.
