SHENZEN, China – The official ZTE profile on RedDot21 now lists two images of the ZTE Grand S Ext, the next flagship device of the company, with a curved body.
Apart from the exterior look and a few details, not much is known about the device yet. The phone will come with a smart dock that will act as a wireless battery charger and power storage unit.
The ZTE Grand S Ext is the first smartphone to take advantage of Nano Molding Technology (NMT), whereby metal and plastic are injected together in the mold to give it metal frame design. The end product is easy to cut, economical to build, lightweight and does not compromise over quality and durability when compared to full metal processing technology. The curved back has chamfer along the edge and clean lines.
Since the pictures have been uploaded on a official profile it would be safe to say that the phone does exist and will soon come out. However, no words on specifications have been shared by ZTE as of now.
