The just-released Motorola Droid RAZR M LTE smartphone on Verizon hit store shelves yesterday for for $100, but it’s already on sale at Amazon Wireless for $49.99. That’s a whopping 50% off in new/extended contract retail price. The Droid RAZR M is a mid-range Android family and has a reasonable 4.3″ screen (that’s pretty much edge-t0-edge). Additional features on the Motorola Droid RAZR M include a 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, microSD card slot, 4G LTE connectivity, 8MP rear camera, NFC, 2000mAh battery, and it runs Android 4.0.x.
