While the Moto X has been a pretty stellar smartphone, it’s reach has been limited to the U.S., which meant that global customers couldn’t get their hands on it even if they wanted to. However, things could change soon if a new event invite sent by Motorola is anything to go by. Motorola is hosting an event on the 14th of January in London which could host the launch of the European variant of the Moto X smartphone.
Rumors have long mentioned the arrival of an European variant of the Moto X and it seems like the time is nigh now. The event is set to “welcome a new addition to the European Motorola family of products” according to Motorola, so it could well be what we most Europeans are looking forward to. But as with any rumor, we can’t say for sure if Motorola is actually launching the Moto X. Maybe Europe will get an upgraded variant of the Moto X, which would be ideal as the original Moto X is somewhat behind with the presence of newer smartphones in the market.
