Every once in a while, something pops up on Kickstarter that shows why Kickstarter was such a great idea in the first place. Case in point – the JuiceTank. The JuiceTank is simple, but incredibly practical – a word that is refreshing to hear considering many of the mobile accessories we’ve seen as of late.
The JuiceTank is a case for the iPhone 4/4S that includes a wall outlet adapter. When not in use, the prongs can be folded flat, so the phone can still fit comfortably in pockets. The case is a little thicker than most as a result, but isn’t so big that the case becomes undesirable, especially considering its function. It’s probably the most clever and efficient solution to keeping the iPhone 4/4S alive for an entire day, and, considering that the Kickstarter campaign is already off to a quick start, a lot of people seem to agree.
There is no external battery in the case – it’s strictly a charger. Also, for those who want to use the phone will charging, JuiceTank includes a micro USB port that can be used for charging, as well. Seems like a solid idea, so if you like what you see, chip in to the Kickstarter campaign, which needs to meet its $125,000 goal by May 13th.
