One of the things that is somewhat frustrating about shooting photos is that sometimes you don't capture the true mood of the moment when the photo was shot. Sometimes it would be nice to have some video of the moment when a photo was shot. Now with the iPhone App Flashback users can have both. I had a chance to try out this app and I have to say that I think it's really a fun app to use and it definitely delivers what it promises.
Flashback lets users shoot videos and it gives users about 5-7 seconds of video capture prior to the photo being taken. Users can create video montages that combine multiple photo captures together to truly capture an entire moment. Imagine being a picnic and shooting photo/videos of the tug of war, the volleyball game, and the evening bonfire. Then putting those all together into a video montage. You can truly capture and event almost as if you were experiencing it again. The controls are easy to use and the screens easy to understand. Users can also add music to video montages they create one of several filters like soft light, darkroom, disco, and 8 bit. There are more that those but I'll let you find those out for yourself. Any videos or photos taken can also be shared to Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, or YouTube. Who knows maybe your next montage will go viral?? Check it out and let me know what you think.
