Fortnite, one of the most popular games on the market right now, is available for a variety of devices including the iPhone and iPad. Many players on iOS have been complaining about performance issues with the title and they will be happy to know that the developer Epic Games has acknowledged the matter and promised to provide a fix in the coming days.
Epic Games has confirmed that it’s aware of the iOS performance of Fortnite being in a “rough state.” The developer assures players that it has fixed the issues and is now working on getting a patch out “as soon as possible.”
“We know you’re eager to get started on those High Stakes Challenges and try out the Getaway LTM. We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update for when the patch will go live,” Epic Games added.
Players have long been complaining about performance issues such as severe lag and graphics not being rendered properly. Similar bugs have already been patched in the Windows and Mac versions of the game.
Despite promising that the patch will soon arrive, Epic Games hasn’t provided a precise release date for the patch which will address these performance issues on Fortnite for iOS for good.
