Samsung’s reportedly tasked a team with developing a camera module for the upcoming Galaxy Note 8 that will be comprised of two 13-megapixel sensors, which should work together to enhance image quality. However, while the rumor certainly sounds feasible, we’re not entirely sold.
If you cast your mind back to April, you may recall that KGI analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted that the Galaxy Note 8 will sport a dual-camera setup, with a 12-megapixel wide-angle CIS and 13-megapixel telephoto CIS, and seeing as he has a remarkable history, we’re inclined to side with him.
The Galaxy Note 8 should be a pretty impressive device
Whatever the case may be, the Galaxy Note 8 is beginning to sound like a pretty impressive device. Purported specifications include a 6.3-inch edge-to-edge Infinity Display, an Exynos series (8895) processor, 6/8GB of RAM, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C and possibly even a 3,500mAh battery.
