Last year, Samsung showed of its latest concept and innovation in the form of the Galaxy Note Edge – the smartphone that made Samsung take a step forward of everyone in global smartphone market. This smartphone, with a whole new innovative concept, was out in the market.
The Galaxy Note Edge devices were basically rolled out with Android KitKat, even though at that time, Android 5 Lollipop was available. Now, in the start of this New Year 2015, Samsung plans to bounce back and take its lost place back in the global market.
So Samsung plans to get all its flagship devices running earlier versions of Android upgraded to Android Lollipop. The first devices in line will be the leading flagships like Galaxy S5 and Note 4.
The update for Galaxy Note Edge will arrive later in the year so a bit of wait will be needed. But it will be surely be not that late. The update will surely offer some great enhanced user experience which will make the device a lot more interesting. So just keep your fingers crossed till the update comes out.
