The veracity is possible though, as earlier rumours about the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus made it sound a lot like it would just be a larger Galaxy S6 Edge - which would make sense here as the screen seems to have room for an extra icon in each row.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge fits just four apps, but here there seems to be space for a fifth, so that bit would have taken some Photoshop wizardry if it is fake.
Bigger, but not necessarily better
Earlier rumours suggested the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus would have a 5.5-inch Super AMOLED screen, but while the screen is getting a boost the specs are possibly getting a downgrade from the standard Edge, as the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus is said to have a Snapdragon 808 processor, albeit coupled with the same 16MP snapper.
Don't expect S-Pen functionality either, you'll likely have to wait for the Galaxy Note 5 for that, this is seemingly just a more phablet sized Galaxy S6 Edge. That's no bad thing though.
The market for big phones is growing and the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus could serve as a handy stopgap until Samsung's next true phablet.
