Samsung Galaxy S6 will feature a bigger 5.5 screen with 2K resolution, 64 bit processor and 20 mega-pixel main camera with optical image stabilization, a latest leak of the phone on AnTuTu benchmarking database suggests.
Galaxy S6 is the next big release from Samasung and the phone is expected to bring major specification boost. After Android Lollipop 64 bit processor support, it is now almost final that Galaxy S6 will sport latest 64 bit processor both in its Exynos and Qualcomm Snapdragon variants.
The camera is also improved and a bigger 20 mega-pixel sensor will replace the Galaxy S5’s 16 mega-pixel sensor. The rear camera will also have Samsung’s optical image stabilization technology to minimize camera shakes. The front camera is upgraded to 5 megapixel. The phone will have 3 GB of RAM, which is more than enough for any Android applications and games.
It is also rumored that Samsung will replace the plastic body of Galaxy S5 with all-metallic design in Galaxy S6. Samsung has already released Galaxy Alpha and A5 smartphones recently with complete metallic frame.
Samsung may announce Galaxy S6 at Mobile World Congress next year.
