Another week, another Google Pixel 3 leak – and this time it’s the white version
The Google Pixel 3 release date is still a good few months away, but that hasn’t stopped a steady stream of leaks from hitting the web.
We already know quite a bit about the handset, though this latest leak shows the Pixel 3 in white (and there are several shots).
The images were leaked on XDA’s forum by a user, and while the phone in question isn’t switched on in any of them, we can glean quite a few details about it from the images.
There is no notch on the Pixel 3;
It runs a single lens camera on the rear;
The design is pretty pedestrian.
Google Pixel 3 Design
I was hoping for something a little more dramatic in the design department this time around.
Google might be saving all the design quirks for the XL model, I hope and is instead keeping the entry model as simple as possible.
The reason? It might be cheaper than last year’s Pixel 2 – that’s a possibility (though a slim one).
Google Pixel 3 Specs
Not much is known regarding specs, but we’re likely to see Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 CPU at the fore, alongside 4-6GB of RAM, and multiple storage options ranging from 32GB to 128GB.
Android P will be the star of the show, as the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be the first handsets to run it. Beyond this, expect minor updates to an already-incredible imaging setup and further power optimizations.
