Despite the fact that the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL aren’t expected to be announced until October, that hasn’t stopped the rumor mill from going hog wild and showing off the Pixel 3 XL in just about every conceivable way possible, save for on a stage with Google executives talking about the handset.
So, here we are and we’ve got even more confirmations of what Google plans on launching later this year. Thanks to Rozetked.me we’ve got a clear look at the front of the handset, once again confirming that it will have a pretty noticeable notch at the top and a chin on the bottom. Around back there’s that single camera setup, so Google is indeed sticking with that design decision.
There’s also an image of the box being unpacked, showing off the phone, the USB-C cable, charger, and those aforementioned wired Pixel Buds headphones:
If that isn’t enough, how about a confirmation that the Pixel 3 XL is going to support wireless charging? That’s what we get in a quick video posted by the same source on Twitter, which shows the smartphone being set down on a wireless charging pad and then showing an animation that it is being charged.
And finally, we’ve got photo samples from the Pixel 3 XL camera. The same source published a variety of pictures on the blog, showcasing the power of Google’s upcoming camera in the flagship smartphone. You can see one below.
So, wireless charging, a seemingly great camera, and a tall notch. What do you think of the Google Pixel 3 XL in all of its unofficial glory so far?
