Although HTC didn’t officially show off the M8 at MWC the upcoming flagship device has still made its way onto the web. Here we have a couple more pictures showing off the device as well as an alleged first hand experience.
According to user Ron FTL on HardForum, the device we see in the photos is an evaluation model of the M8. He states that the software was quite buggy but I have no doubt that HTC will get that all sorted before it launches. In terms of some details about the phone, he says that it is longer and thinner than the current HTC One. There’s a 4MP shooter on the front of the device that takes “really crisp” photos. He goes on to say that in terms of speed, this device flies. ”Faster than my Google Edition S4,” and as we know, the S4 is no slouch.
Unfortunately, he didn’t test out the new dual-camera which is quite a bummer as that’s the one feature on the phone we’re all most curious about. Hopefully he’ll give us an update in a later post?
