The Motorola made Nexus 6 smartphone has been part of the news cycle for quite some time now. And now, we’re getting a very comprehensive look of the handset, courtesy of the folks over at Android Police. The smartphone appears to be packing a relatively large display coupled with front facing speakers, much like the new Moto X. The speakers however have been colored black and the display is substantially bigger at 5.9 inches with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.
The source was also able to confirm that the smartphone packs a 13-megapixel camera on the back with OIS and the ring LED flash from the Moto X, although there’s no image of the back yet. The battery on this gargantuan device is expected to be close to or bigger than 3,200 mAh in capacity. Obviously, the smartphone is running Android 5.0 which is currently known as Android L. The render shows some new icons on the device accounting for the Material Design UI.
It’s not clear yet if Google and Motorola will have a smaller version of the Nexus 6 for people who aren’t looking for a phablet.
