Now that it's all but confirmed Apple will announce the next iPhone on September 12, reports on the new device are flooding the tech world.
So what do we know? We gathered everything you need to know about the so-called iPhone 5 right here.
Release date: September 21 (Likely)
According to iMore, Apple will announce the iPhone 5 on September 12 and start selling the device on September 21. Since iMore's report, multiple other reports have surfaced confirming the September 12 announcement.
Apple may add a chip so you can make payments with your iPhone (Maybe)
Apple is reportedly considering adding a Near Field Communications (NFC) chip to the next iPhone, according to 9to5 Mac. The chip would make it possible to make payments with your phone, just like you can on Android devices that use Google Wallet.
NFC would also make it possible for you to share music, video, contacts, photos, etc. with other iPhones just by tapping them together.
Rumors of an NFC iPhone have been popping up for years now, so we're not entirely sold on this one.
It will connect to super fast 4G LTE networks (Almost definitely)
We've heard over and over again that Apple's next iPhone will connect to LTE networks on AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. LTE is the technology that lets you get download speeds nearly as fast as your cable or DSL modem at home.
