At the recently held MWC 2016, the Chinese smartphone maker HiSense has showcased three Android smartphones. The HiSense A1, HiSense L676, and HiSense Infinity KO (a.k.a C20 King Kong 2) are the three Android-powered devices. While not all these are first to be announced at the MWC, the HiSene Infinity KO was first showcased at the IFA 2015 held in September last year. All these smartphones support 4G LTE for accessing faster data speeds.
Talking about the HiSense A1, it comes with some good mid-range specifications and a metallic frame around the device. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display and is powered by a MediaTek octa-core processor. It has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage along with a MicroSD card slot. It has 13MP + 5MP dual rear cameras with dual LED flash that gives the option to focus on capturing the image. It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery which might last for a single day of usage.
The second device in the list is the HiSense L676, even though the specifications of the device make it an entry-level device, the design looks premium with glass on the front and back along with metal frame around the device. The device features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) OGS display and comes powered by an unknown octa-core processor from MediaTek. It has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera which are accompanied by an LED flash. The device is backed by a 2,320mAh battery and supports dual SIM dual standby.
While the first two smartphone resembles with every other smartphone available in the market, the HiSense Infinity KO (a.k.a C20 King Kong 2) comes with rugged capabilities but that doesn’t make it look bulky. It comes with Gorilla Glass 4 protection on front and back of the device. It sports 5-inch HD IPS display and under the hood is the 1.3GHz Snapdragon 415 octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and comes with dual 4G LTE support.
There is a 13MP autofocus rear camera, a 5MP selfie camera, and 3,200mAh non-removable battery. The HiSense Infinity KO is IP67 certified making it waterproof and dustproof. It is specially designed to make it a shock resistance, but the device doesn’t look bulky. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days.
