Step 1: The first and the initial step for you is to download iPhoto for iOS (4.99 $); and install the same on both the devices.
Step 2: Launch iPhoto, and then click on the gear icon in the lower right on the iPhone app (upper right corner in the iPad), which will help you to show the settings.
