If you own an LG G3 and use Dropbox to store a lot of your files, then you’re in luck. You can access Dropbox files from inside your G3's Music and Pictures gallery, handy if you're a Dropbox poweruser or just looking to free up some of your G3's memory.
So without further-a-do lets set up your Dropbox account on your LG G3.
First head into the Settings app on your phone, once you’re inside head down to the Cloud tab. It’ll send you into a section called “Cloud Accounts” and you’ll be able to add in accounts. Press on Add Account and then choose Dropbox.
You’ll have to enter in your details for your Dropbox account such as your email and your password but you’ll only have to do this once.
Choose What Content To Use
Once you’re logged in you’re ready to choose what content you want on the phone. Tap on your Dropbox account inside the Cloud Accounts section and it’ll open up your Settings. From here you can decide what content you’d like it to use. Here you’ll likely want to select the checkboxes for both Gallery and Music so you can access your music, videos and photos.
Head Into Stock Gallery Or Music Apps
Next time you head into your Gallery or Music apps you’ll have access to all your related Dropbox files there. If it’s not there, to get inside you need to press the menu on the left of the screen and then choose the Dropbox option.
Remember It’s The Cloud
You need to bare in mind that you’re accessing your files from the Cloud now. If you’ve got a limited data plan you don’t want to be using it all up on streaming your music from the Cloud so it may be a good time to download it.
