Earlier we shared a simple tip on how to mark multiple emails as read or unread in iOS devices. Now it’s time to learn how to delete multiple emails in iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch running iOS 5/5.0.1.
How to Delete Multiple e-mails on iPhone, iPad and iPod At Once:
Step 1: The very first step is to visit the Mail App from your device and then by entering into the inbox option.
Step 2: Tap on “Edit” which you’ll see in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3: Select all the Mail messages that you want to delete. You’ll see a red check-box appear next to it.
Step 4: After that click on the “Move” button. You’ll see the number of your selected messages appear next to it.
Step 5: It will bring you to “Mailboxes” screen and there click on “Trash”. All the selected mails will be sent to the Trash and get deleted.
You can also move selected mail messages from one folder to the other with the above given method.
