Hello everyone! I know it's been awhile since I last posted, so here's an update.
The holiday season, and subsequent bleed over into January, is my busiest time of year, what with the thousands of new Kindle Fire owners visiting my site- welcome to all you newbies!
Most of you probably don't know it, but over the past few months I spent a LOT of hours writing articles and answering questions. I love receiving all your visits, comments, emails, and kind words- it's truly an honor to serve all of you!
At the end of January I ended up taking an unplanned, but much needed, break from writing. Although I wasn't creating new content, I continued to respond to as many emails and comments as I could.
Recently, I've also started a new assignment in my church and am now in charge of our entire primary organization for children under 12 years of age. It is a *BIG* job with lots of responsibilities, meetings, and work which is currently eating up all of my time... and a bit of my sanity. ;)
However, once I get into a routine, things will settle down and I'll have more time to focus on writing additional tutorials and other great Kindle Fire resources. Thanks for your patience as I do my best to balance all the joys (and stresses) in my life. :)
How to Delete Stuff!
Alright, now on to the good stuff! I've spent several days typing up a fun little tutorial that shows you how to delete content off your Kindle Fire and from your Amazon Cloud account.
There's even a sweet little tip to show you how to archive your apps to only show the ones you want on your Kindle Fire, but still allowing you to restore those apps at a future date if you decide you want to see them again. It's really a cool new feature!
Amazon Coins Going International!
In other news, Amazon recently announced that customers in the UK and Germany can now join us Americans in using Amazon Coins!
This is great news and a sweet little service. Using Amazon coins can save you money on apps and in-app purchases, so if you're in any of these three countries be sure to check them out. If not, hopefully Amazon will be expanding this service to additional locations in the near future.
Well, that's it for now. Thanks again for your patience. I hope you find this tutorial helpful as you continue to learn and love your Kindle Fire!
