Now extract and save the file on your PC desktop. But you should avoid using tar.md5 content.
Download Odin 3.10.7 file from http://droidhost.org/H71jkq and unzip it. After that switch off the phone and boot the phone in the download phone.
Launch the Odin app and connect it to computer through USB cable.
