One of the tiny little new features in the most recent update to OS X El Capitan is the ability to natively import Evernote files into Notes. If you’ve been thinking about jumping ship from Evernote to Apple’s surprisingly robust little Mac app, it’s super easy to do now.
First off, you’ll need the Mac version of the Evernote app (as well as the OS X 10.11.4 update). From there, the process of migrating everything over is super easy:
That’s it, all your notes will not be in Apple Notes. If you only want certain notebooks, you can right-click a notebook in Evernote, select “Export,” and then follow steps two through four above.
