MOSCOW, Russia – The much famous HTC Desire L released to the Chinese markets back in April, now arrives in Russia under the name of HTC Desire 400 Dual-SIM.

The HTC Desire 4oo comes with a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2 display and a 800×480-pixel resolution. In addition, it offers a 1GHz dual-core processor along with 1GB RAM. It comes as a dual-SIM (WCDMA+GSM) smarphone with dual Active support.
The Desire 400 runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with HTC Sense 4.0 UI. The smartphone offers 4GB of internal storage and an optional 64GB of expandable storage via microSD. At its back, it sports a 5MP primary camera with autofocus that comes with HTC Image Chip, BSI sensor, LED flash and 720p HD video recording.
In connectivity options, the device offers 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS with GLONASS, DLNA and Bluetooth 4.0 with aptX (a codec that offers high-quality audio). It also offers a 3.5mm audio jack with HTC’s own Beats Audio and FM Radio.
The HTC Desire 400 is powered up with a substantially large 1800mAh battery for long operating hours. The device will be available in two colors of Dark Grey and White. It is priced at 9990 Russian rubles.
